Before Coaching
I was a consultant for Deloitte and advised Fortune 500 clients in solving some of their most pressing digital and technolgy issues.
Seeking a more fulfilled career that focused on my passion for empowering other professionals in the workplace, I decided to leave my carrot chasing corporate job to pursue something that was engaging and that I loved.
The Journey
Becoming a coach was more of a when, not if.
I come from a coaching family (my Mom is a coach too!) and was able to see first hand how coaching could be used to propel my own person happiness and professional growth.
In 2018, I received my coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I am currently an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and am on track to become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in 2021.
Why I Coach
For me, there is an endless pool of fulfillment in empowering other people and creating the space to make an impact in their life.
I love working with Millennials to help them break through their clutter, stories, and self doubts to maximize their talent and ability.
If there's anything that I've learned through my coaching journey, it's that we should continously be pushing our own personal and professional growth.
Sometimes that growth requires a coach in your corner who is able to pinpoint the unspoken issues, challenge you, and empower you with powerful questions to help take any aspect of your life to the next level.
